These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Garage Dynasty mobile application ("App") operated by Range Logic ("we," "us," or "our").

By downloading, installing, or playing Garage Dynasty, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

🎮 Pure Simulation Disclaimer

Garage Dynasty is a simulated game representing car deals, restoration logs, auctions, and currency balances. All in-game money, valuations, bank rolls, payouts, fees, title issues, and deals are entirely fictional. They have zero real-world financial equivalent, value, or legal convertibility. No real vehicles are bought, sold, restored, or traded through this application.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, installing, or playing Garage Dynasty, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all provisions, you must immediately remove the App from your device.

2. Permitted Use & Eligibility

  • You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to play.
  • You may use this application for personal entertainment purposes only.
  • You agree not to bypass, hack, or edit the offline database parameters to distribute manipulated save files or exploit the game's features commercially.

3. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and run Garage Dynasty for your own personal gameplay.

Under this license, you may not:

  • Decompile, modify, or reverse-engineer the game logic.
  • Rent, lease, lend, sell, or redistribute the App or any portion of its code.
  • Host modified or unauthorized servers pretending to run online components of the game.

4. Simulation Data Storage

Garage Dynasty operates as a local-first application. All achievements, virtual cash status, and transaction histories are written to a database stored entirely on your own hardware.

  • We are not responsible for game progress data loss due to device deletion, operating system errors, hardware corruption, or app uninstallation.
  • We do not guarantee cloud syncing or recovery of local simulation achievements.

5. In-App Purchases & Upgrades

The App may include paid features (such as a Pro Upgrade). All billing and refunds are managed strictly by Apple Inc. via the App Store.

  • In-App purchases do not grant ownership over any physical or real assets.
  • If you request a refund, you must do so through Apple's official billing portal. We are unable to issue refunds directly.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The game code, assets, UI layouts, deterministic simulation formulas, databases, and trade marks are owned exclusively by Range Logic. No transfer of intellectual property takes place under these terms.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Range Logic shall not be held liable for any damages (direct, indirect, or incidental) arising out of your play of the simulation, including any loss of game state data or issues related to your mobile device's performance.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Missouri, without regard to principles of conflicts of law.
