These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Range Logic mobile application ("App") operated by Range Logic ("we," "us," or "our").
By downloading, installing, or using Range Logic, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
⚠️ Important Safety Notice
Range Logic provides ballistic calculations for educational and informational purposes. You are solely responsible for safe firearm handling and must always verify calculations independently. Improper use of firearms can result in serious injury or death.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Range Logic, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to use this App
- You must comply with all applicable laws regarding firearm ownership and use in your jurisdiction
- If firearms are illegal in your area, you may still use the App for educational purposes only
3. License Grant
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Range Logic for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
You may NOT:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the App
- Reverse engineer or decompile the App
- Use the App for any illegal purpose
- Share or resell access to Range Logic Pro
4. User Responsibilities
You acknowledge and agree that:
- Ballistic calculations are estimates and may vary in real-world conditions
- You are responsible for verifying all calculations before use
- You will follow all firearm safety rules at all times
- You will use the App only in accordance with applicable laws
5. Range Logic Pro
5.1 Free and Pro
The App is free to download and use, with the limits shown in the App. Range Logic Pro unlocks the remaining features. Pro is a one-time purchase, not a subscription: you pay once, it does not renew, and there is nothing to cancel.
5.2 Free Trial
Where the App offers a free trial of Pro, you start it yourself in the App. The trial is free, lasts for the period shown in the App, and can be used once per Apple Account. When it ends you are not charged and nothing renews: the App returns to the free version, and your data is kept. You can buy Pro during or after the trial.
5.3 Payment, Restoring and Refunds
- Purchases are made through the Apple App Store at the price shown in the App before you confirm, and are charged to your Apple Account
- Pro stays with your Apple Account. On a new or reset device, use Restore Purchases in the App
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its own policies; request one at reportaproblem.apple.com
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
We do not warrant that:
- The App will be error-free or uninterrupted
- Ballistic calculations will be accurate in all conditions
- The App will meet your specific requirements
7. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO PERSONAL INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR LOSS OF LIFE.
Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Range Logic from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict of law principles.
