Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the LS Logic mobile application ("App") operated by Range Logic ("we," "us," or "our").

By downloading, installing, or using LS Logic, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using LS Logic, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use this App
• You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding vehicle modifications in your jurisdiction
• You represent that you have the legal right to modify any vehicle you work on

3. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use LS Logic for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

You may NOT:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App
• Reverse engineer or decompile the App
• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Share your subscription or account credentials
• Resell or sublicense access to the App

4. Informational Content

The checklists, cost estimates, part references, and build guides provided in LS Logic are for general informational and reference purposes only. You acknowledge and agree that:

• Part compatibility, pricing, and availability may vary and are subject to change
• You are responsible for verifying all technical information before undertaking any modification
• LS Logic does not replace professional mechanical advice
• You will follow all applicable safety standards and local vehicle regulations

5. Subscriptions

5.1 Free vs Pro

The App offers both free and paid subscription ("Pro") tiers. Pro features are available only to active subscribers.

5.2 Billing

• Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play
• Payment is charged to your account upon confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period

5.3 Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription through your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

6. User Data

All project data you enter into the App is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for backing up your own data. We are not liable for any loss of data due to device failure, App uninstallation, or any other cause.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We do not warrant that:

• The App will be error-free or uninterrupted
• Reference information will be accurate, current, or complete
• The App will meet your specific build requirements

8. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO PERSONAL INJURY, VEHICLE DAMAGE, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR LOSS OF DATA.

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Range Logic from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App, any vehicle modifications you perform, or your violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict of law principles.
