Restore the Full Game
The Full Game is a one-time in-app purchase tied to your Apple Account. One purchase covers Impact Point on iPhone, iPad and Mac. It usually appears on its own. If it doesn't:
- make sure you are signed in to the App Store with the Apple Account that bought it;
- open Impact Point and go to Settings › iCloud & Full Game, then choose Restore purchases.
If a purchase is waiting for approval (Ask to Buy), the Full Game opens as soon as it is approved.
Refunds
Apple sells the Full Game and handles refunds. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. We can't issue refunds ourselves.
Your career and iCloud
Your career syncs through iCloud between your devices that are signed in to the same iCloud account. Check it in the game under Settings › iCloud. If it says you are signed out:
- on iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your name, then iCloud, and make sure you're signed in;
- on Mac, open System Settings, click your name, then iCloud.
The career syncs between events, not in the middle of one. If two devices have both moved on, the game asks which career to keep on all your devices, and keeps the other as a backup on that device. To start over, use Settings › Reset career.
Game Center is optional
Daily and Weekly Challenges, leaderboards, achievements, friend duels and club matches use Game Center. Everything else plays without it. To sign in:
- on iPhone or iPad, open Settings › Game Center;
- on Mac, open System Settings › Game Center.
Impact Point may ask to see your Game Center friends so it can show where they rank on each leaderboard. Saying no only hides the friends ranking. Screen Time's parental controls apply to Game Center features.
Controls
- On Mac, press ? to show the key guide on screen. Keys can be changed in Settings › Controls › Keyboard.
- On iPhone and iPad, the touch controls and the optional gyro aim are in Settings › Controls.
