1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the NockPoint application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Range Safety & Physical Liability

Archery is an inherently dangerous activity. NockPoint is purely a recording, scoring, and analysis tool designed for training sessions. You are solely responsible for adhering to all range rules, safety guidelines, and local laws. Range Logic is not liable for any personal injury, third-party injury, or property/equipment damage that occurs while using NockPoint during practice or competition.

3. Pro Upgrades & Store Purchases

NockPoint offers a one-time In-App Purchase to unlock the "NockPoint Pro" tier. All billing, transactions, payments, and refunds are managed entirely by Apple Inc. via the iOS App Store, and are subject to Apple's Terms and Conditions. Range Logic has no access to purchase transactions or payment details.

4. Intellectual Property

NockPoint, including its branding, logo design, user interface elements, native code, and styling patterns, is the exclusive intellectual property of Range Logic.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

NockPoint is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the app's functions will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the analysis calculations will be 100% precise for every archery gear configuration.
