Restore the Full Tour
The Full Tour is a one-time purchase tied to your Apple Account, and it covers Twelve Ring on iPhone, iPad and Mac. It usually appears on its own. If it doesn't:
- make sure you are signed in to the App Store with the Apple Account that bought it;
- open Twelve Ring and go to Settings ▸ Purchases, then choose Restore Purchases;
- if someone in your Family Sharing group bought it, check that purchase sharing is on for your family. The Purchases page says "through Family Sharing" when it comes from them.
If an Ask to Buy request is waiting, the Full Tour opens by itself once it is approved, even if you have closed the purchase page.
Refunds
Apple sells the Full Tour and handles refunds. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. We can't issue refunds ourselves.
Clubs, tournaments and iCloud
Clubs and friends' tournaments are stored in iCloud and shared only with the players invited to them, so they need iCloud to be on:
- on iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your name, then iCloud, and make sure you're signed in;
- on Mac, open System Settings, click your name, then iCloud;
- if the Friends page says iCloud is off, sign in and reopen the game.
Every member of a club or tournament needs the Full Tour, not only the player who set it up. Leave a club and you stop sharing new records with it.
Game Center
Friends, the leaderboards and the Daily Five use Game Center. To sign in:
- on iPhone or iPad, open Settings ▸ Game Center;
- on Mac, open System Settings ▸ Game Center.
Twelve Ring asks to see your Game Center friends so it can bring them into clubs and tournaments; you can change that under Game Center's friends settings. Screen Time's parental controls apply to Game Center features.
Your saves
Your career progress, equipment, local scores and settings are saved on your device. Twelve Ring does not sync these saves between devices. Apple's device backups may include local game data, depending on your backup settings. Device backup and restoration are separate from the game's features; we cannot see or recover your local saves. Clubs and friends' tournaments use iCloud separately.
Privacy and terms
Twelve Ring doesn't collect your personal information. Read the privacy policy and the terms of service.
