By downloading or using the Iron Index app, these terms will automatically apply to you. You should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app.

2. Legal Compliance

While Iron Index provides features like state compliance checkers and ATF Form 4 generators, these are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal advice. You are solely responsible for ensuring your compliance with all local, state, and federal firearms laws. Range Logic and Iron Index are not responsible for any legal actions or consequences resulting from the interpretation of data within the app.

3. Subscriptions and Purchases

The app offers an "Iron Index Pro" upgrade. This may be offered as a one-time purchase or subscription handled securely via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Billing and refunds are governed strictly by the respective store's policies.

4. Intellectual Property

The app itself, and all the trade marks, copyright, database rights and other intellectual property rights related to it, belong exclusively to Range Logic.

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any legal issues, damages, or losses arising from the use of the app's features. The app is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
