Range Logic Pro
Pro is a one-time purchase tied to your Apple Account. It is not a subscription: nothing renews and there is nothing to cancel. The app is free to use without it, with the limits shown in the app.
Restore Pro on a new or reset phone
- Make sure you are signed in to the App Store with the Apple Account that bought Pro.
- Open Range Logic, go to Settings and tap Restore Purchases.
If a purchase is waiting for approval (Ask to Buy), Pro opens as soon as it is approved.
Refunds
Apple sells Pro and handles refunds. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. We can't issue refunds ourselves.
Your rifles, loads and profiles
Everything you enter is saved on your phone, not on our servers, so we cannot see it or recover it for you.
- Moving to a new iPhone: an iCloud or computer backup, or Apple's phone-to-phone transfer, carries your data across with the rest of the phone.
- Keeping a copy: Settings › Export Data saves your rifles, scopes, ammunition, profiles and stages as files (a Pro feature).
- Deleting the app removes everything it stored on that phone.
The solution doesn't match where I'm hitting
A ballistic solution is only as good as what it is given. In order, check:
- Muzzle velocity. Use a chronograph reading from your rifle, not the number on the box. Box velocities are often 50 to 150 fps off for a given barrel.
- Scope height (centre of the scope to centre of the bore) and zero distance.
- The bullet. The right weight and ballistic coefficient, and G7 for long boat-tail bullets when the maker gives one.
- The air. Temperature and station pressure where you are shooting, not sea-level pressure from a weather report.
- Your scope's clicks. Not every turret moves exactly what it says. A tall-target test shows whether yours does.
Then use Validate Trajectory on the Calculator with a real impact at distance to true the profile to your rifle.
A weather meter won't connect
- Turn Bluetooth on, and allow Range Logic to use it when your iPhone asks.
- Close the meter maker's own app. A meter that is connected to another app or another phone will not show up.
- Wake the meter, hold it within a few feet of the phone and scan again.
Safety
Range Logic gives ballistic calculations for you to check. Always confirm a solution on your own rifle before relying on it, know your target and what is beyond it, and follow the rules of the range you are on.
Privacy and terms
Range Logic has no account to create, no ads and no tracking. Read the privacy policy and the terms of service.
